It's frustrating, when I begin to pen down something on paper and suddenly my mind goes blank. My brain strictly does not participate and leaves me in the middle of no where.
But still, there is hope . . .

Toothbrushes can be breeding grounds for germs. In fact, many people advocate throwing away and replacing toothbrushes every month. But that can get expensive, not to mention wasteful: who needs landfills . . .

Be clean. Bathe your feet every day. Just letting the shower water splash on them isn't good enough. Lather them thoroughly with soap and scrub them with a loofah.
Be sure to dry your feet completely . . .

10-12 peeled water chestnuts
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp grated ginger
3 tbsp chopped spring onions
1/2 tbsp soya sauce
