Toothbrushes can be breeding grounds for germs. In fact, many people advocate throwing away and replacing toothbrushes every month. But that can get expensive, not to mention wasteful: who needs landfills . . .

Be clean. Bathe your feet every day. Just letting the shower water splash on them isn't good enough. Lather them thoroughly with soap and scrub them with a loofah.
